| 摘 要： | 干细胞是具有无限或长期自我更新能力并能产生至少一种高度分化子代细胞的细胞。血管生成是器官形成新生血管的过程,其机制目前发现有两种:出芽和套叠性的血管生成。干细胞用于缺血性心肌病的治疗可增加心肌血管数量,改善心肌血供,减少心肌细胞坏死,进而提高心功能。文章就干细胞移植与心肌血管再生的关系及其治疗前景进行综述。

| Abstract: | Stem cell possesses infinit or long-term self-renewal capability,and can generate at least one highly differentiated daughter cell.Angiogenesis is a procedure in which organs produce new vessels,including two mechanisms,budding and invaginated angiogenesis.Stem cells can increase the number of myocardial vessels,improve myocardial blood supply,decrease cadiocyte necrosis and enhance heart function for ischemic myocardiac diseases.This article introduces the relationship between stem cell transplantation and myocardial angiogenesis and describes its application prospect. |
