| 摘 要： | 目的 研究Toll样受体-2(TLR-2)和TLR- 4在不同类型牙周炎及不同炎症程度的牙龈组织中的分布和表达水平,初步探讨TLR-2和TLR- 4在牙周炎发生和发展中的可能作用.方法 采集牙龈组织标本分为五组(n=10):正常对照组、慢性牙周炎炎症组、慢性牙周炎临床相对健康组、侵袭性牙周炎炎症组和侵袭性牙周炎临床相对健康组.免疫组织化学方法 检测各组牙龈组织中TLR-2和TLR- 4的分布和表达水平.结果 TLR-2和TLR- 4在牙龈结缔组织全层中均有表达,TLR- 4在牙龈上皮也有表达.与正常对照组比较,其余各组牙龈组织中TLR-2和TLR- 4表达均显著增加(P<0.05).牙周炎炎症组中,慢性牙周炎组TLR-2和TLR- 4表达显著高于侵袭性牙周炎组(P<0.05).牙周炎临床相对健康组中,慢性牙周炎组TLR- 4表达显著高于侵袭性牙周炎组(P<0.05),而TLR-2表达显著低于侵袭性牙周炎组(P<0.05).结论 TLR-2和TLR- 4可能参与牙周炎症过程,但在不同类型牙周炎牙龈组织中的表达可能存在差异.
