摘    要:测20例尿毒症患者血浆纤维连接蛋白含量,证实尿毒症者血浆Fn降低,并与患者中性粒细胞吞噬功能低下有关联。体外实验证实Fn有促进PMN吞噬功能作用,且与其浓度正相关。表明血浆Fn与机体免疫防御功能关系密切,其水平可反映患者细胞吞噬功能状态。

Abstract:Plasma fibronectin (Fn) was determined in 20 patients with uremia. A low level of plasma Fn was detected and the level of plasma Fn correlated with deficiency in phagocytosis of polymorphonuclear (PMN); In vitro experiments. Showed that Fn could enhance the phagopcytosis of PMN in a dose-dependant manner. This suggests that there is a close relationship between plasma Fn and immunodefensive function of the body. The level of piasma Fn represents the functional status of PMN. The content of Fn in renal tissue was also determined in 49 patients with various types of glomeruionephritis. Fn was increased in mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and decreased in glomerulonephritis with focal segmental glomerular sclerosis or global sclerosis. These data suggest that the content of Fn in the kidney may reflect the stage of mesangial pathogenesis. Determination of Fn in kidney is supposed to be important for observing the progression of glomerular disease, especially the process of slcerosis.
