| 摘 要： | 目的：研究华东地区汉族人群中抵抗素基因的单核苷酸多态性（SNP）及其与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法：选取华东地区汉族2型糖尿病患者116例及正常对照组96例，采用直接测序法对抵抗素基因作SNP筛查，并作进一步的基因分型。结果：抵抗素基因启动子区发现4个SNP（－638G／A－537A／C，－420C／C，－358G／A），内含子区3个SNP（－167/, 157/，＋299G／A），这些SNP的等位基因频率在2型糖尿病和正常对照组之间无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论：抵抗素基因的SNP与华东地区汉族人群中2型糖尿病无显著相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To test the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms ( SNP) in the resistin gene with Chinese type 2 diabetes. Methods One hundred and sixteen type 2 diabetic patients and 96 normal controls in eastern China were selected for study. The SNP in resistin gene was detected in 20 type 2 diabetic patients using PCR direct sequencing method. Then these SNPs were genotyped by PCR direct sequencing in 96 type 2 diabetic patients and 96 normal controls. Results Four SNPs ( -638G/A, -537A/C, -420C/G, -358G/A)were found in the promotor regions and 3 SNPs( -167C/T, +157C/T, + 299G/A) were detected in the intron regions, but the allele frequencies of these SNPs were not significantly different between type 2 diabetic patients and the control group(P >0.05). Conclusion There was no association of these SNPs in resistin gene with type 2 diabetic patients in eastern Chinese population. |
