茶多酚对口腔咽喉致病菌作用的体外实验

摘    要:目的 评价茶多酚作为口腔保健用药的可能性。方法 检测其对口腔咽喉主要致病菌的敏感性及对致龋菌合成葡聚糖能力和对人唾液淀粉酶活性的影响。结果 茶多酚对口腔咽喉主要致病菌敏感;对致龋菌合成葡聚糖能力和人唾液淀粉酶活性有抑制。结论 初步认为茶多酚可作为预防和治疗口腔咽喉主要疾病的保健用药。

Abstract:Objective In order to evaluate the possibility of Tea polyphenol as a new drug to prevent caries, periodontitis and pharyngitis. Methods The effects of tea polyphenol on the growth of bacteria, which was known as pathogenesis of caries,periodontitis and pharyngitis, and on the polysaccharide synthesis of cariogenic bacteria as well as salivary amylase activity of host, were determined. Results Polyphenol could inhibit the bacteria growth, polysaccharide synthesis and amylase activity. Conclusion It will probably be a relatively ideal natural agent that both decreases incidence of caries, periodontitis and pharyngitis and maintatins the balance of oral ecology system.
