多孔高分子聚合物在眶周缺损修复中的应用

摘    要:目的 介绍Medpor多孔聚乙烯高分分子聚合物生物物理特性及临床使用方法及效果。方法 应用Medpor作为骨组织充填物于15例眶周骨缺损的患者。结果 15例眶周骨缺损的患者均取得良好疗效。结论Medpor有较好的生物相容性,长期植入后与周围组织无明显界面,无术后吸收,术中塑形容易,固定方便。

Abstract:Objective To introduce the biophysical properties of Medpor porous high - density polyethylene and its clinical applications. Methods Using Medpor as the artificial filling materials to renovate 15 cases suffered from orbital defects. Results The therapeutic effectiveness of the 15 cases was satisfactory. Conclusion Medpor presents fine biological compatibility, without absorption and well connected to the surrouding tissue after long - term implantation. It is also easy to remodel and fix during operation. So Medpor is a safe and reliable material for use in aesthetic and functional reconstruction of orbit.
