| 摘 要： | 寻常型天疱疮(PV)是一类危及生命的自身免疫性大疱性皮肤黏膜病,以往认为PV的发生与体液免疫有关,目前认为,除了B细胞的功能异常产生致病性抗体外,T细胞所介导的细胞免疫异常介导了PV患者出现病理性免疫应答。文章介绍了与PV发病相关的HLA-II类抗原,Dsg3特异性的自身反应性T细胞,以及调节性T细胞的最近研究发现。

| Abstract: | Pemphigus vulgaris(PV) is a kind of life-threatening autoimmune disease characterized by cutaneous and/or mucosal blistering.It is well known that the cause of PV is related to the humoral immunity,with the disfuction of B cells and production of pathoge-nic antibodies.However,the role of T cell mediated immunity has become a new hot spot in this field,and it is reported that T cell mediated immunity also participates in the pathogenesis of PV.The recent researches on HLA class II alleles,Dsg3 specific T cells and regulatory T cells in pemphigus vulgaris are reviewed in this paper. |
