| 摘 要： | 目的分析"品管圈"活动在提升门诊西药房药学服务质量中的应用效果。方法试验的研究对象为采用品管圈前的30例在购药患者及采用品管圈后的30例购药患者,将品管圈活动前的患者作为参照组,使用后的作为研究组,对比患者对药学服务的满意度。结果研究组的满意度明显高于参照组,(P<0.05)。结论将品管圈活动应用于门诊西药房的药学服务中,可以有效提高应用服务质量,并提高患者满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of the application of the"quality control circle"activities in improving the quality of pharm-aceutical care in outpatient pharmacy.Methods The samples are drawn from 30 patients before and after the adoption of the quality control circle respectively.The patients before the adoption were taken as the reference group,and the patients after the adoption were compared with their satisfaction with pharmaceutical care.Results The satisfaction level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activities in the pharmaceutical care of outpatient pharmacy can effectively improve the quality of application services and patients’satisfaction. |
