急诊急救护理对有机磷农药中毒患者的效果观察

目的探讨急诊急救护理对有机磷农药中毒患者的效果。方法将2016年3月-2019年3月我院收治的74例有机磷农药中毒患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=37)。对照组患者给予常规的急救护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予高效一体化急救护理。比较两组患者的洗胃时间、洗胃液体容量、胃内容物溢出率以及抢救成功率。结果观察组的洗胃时间、洗胃液体容量、胃内容物溢出率均要明显低于对照组;观察组患者抢救成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对有机磷农药中毒患者应用高效的急诊急救护理,能够明显减少患者的洗胃时间、洗胃液体容量、胃内容物溢出率,提高抢救成功率,值得临床应用。

The Effect of Emergency First-aid Nursing on Patients With Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing on patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods From March 2016 to March 2019,74 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected.According to the random digital table method were divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine first aid nursing,while the observation group was given high efficiency integrated first aid nursing on the basis of the control group.The gastric lavage time,gastric lavage liquid volume,gastric content overflow rate and rescue success rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The gastric lavage time,gastric lavage liquid volume and gastric content overflow rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The success rate of rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of efficient emergency nursing care to patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can obviously reduce the time of gastric lavage,the volume of gastric lavage liquid,the overflow rate of gastric contents,and improve the success rate of rescue,which is worthy of clinical application.
