以检验分析为基础的教学在医学检验专业本科生儿科临床见习的应用

中山大学附属第一医院儿科教研室在检验专业本科学生的儿科临床见习教学中，对小儿肾病综合征，小儿贫血、新生儿黄疸的临床见习采用以检验分析为基础的教学方法和调查。探讨了儿科临床见习中以检验分析为基础的教学使医学检验专业学生加强了与儿科临床的联系，有利于其对儿科疾病的临床特征和诊断思路的掌握以及医学检验知识的临床应用，培养了自学能力，有助于培养高素质的医学检验人才。

The Application of Analysis of Laboratory Test in Pediatric Clinical Probation Teaching for Undergraduates of Laboratory Medicine

This paper describes and investigates the application of analysis of laboratory test in pediatric clinical probation teaching for undergraduates of laboratory medicine in the Department of Pediatrics, First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen. The analysis of laboratory test in pediatric clinical probation teaching for undergraduates of laboratory medicine was applied in nephrotic syndrome in children, pediatric anemia and neonatal jaundice teaching. The study discussed that the application of analysis of laboratory test in pediatric clinical probation teaching for undergraduates of laboratory medicine helped laboratory medicine students to strengthen the relation between laboratory medicine and pediatric clinic, to grasp the clinical features and diagnostic strategy of pediatric diseases, to apply laboratory medicine knowledge to clinic. Thus it helped to cultivate laboratory medical personnel of high quality.
