外科手术后病人疼痛情况调查及护理干预

目的：调查外科手术病人疼痛控制情况，以制定相应护理对策。方法：对102例外科手术住院病人采取问卷调查，以了解其疼痛程度、受疼痛困扰情况，对疼痛知识的了解及止痛需要。结果：外科手术病人虽然采取了一定止痛措施，但仍有相当数量的病人受到了疼痛困扰，并且由于疼痛知识缺乏，很多患者盲目忍耐疼痛造成痛楚。结论：护理人员应加强对患者家属疼痛知识的宣教，以有效控制疼痛，提高护理质量。

Investigation and nursing intervention of patients suffering from postoperative pain

Objective: To investigate incidence of pain in postoperative patient, to determine the according nursing measure. Methods: 133 patients undergoing surgery were investigated by questionnaire about pain degree, disturbance of sleep, activity and emotion by pain, the knowledge about pain, and the need of pain controlling. Result: The postoperative patients had little knowledge about pain, no ideas about controlling pain. And because of those, they had suffered from pains. Conclusion: Pain education should be publicized among patients and their families and more nursing of pain should be addressed so as to relieve patients from pain on basis of raised nursing quality.
