| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床药师在鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎治疗中发挥的积极作用。方法临床药师采用循证药学的方法,结合临床数据,分析莫西沙星在鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎治疗中的作用,协助医生提出进行个体化治疗意见,并为患者提供全程药学监护。结果通过文献查阅与药学监护,患者未改用鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎治疗的一线药物多西环素,而是继续使用莫西沙星,患者病情好转,证明了药物治疗的有效性效。讨论莫西沙星为广谱抗菌药,本病例为莫西沙星治疗鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎提供了新的证据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care in the treatment of chlamydia psittaci pneumonia.Methods Clinical pharmacists adopted the method of evidence-based pharmacy,combined with clinical data,to analyze the role of moxifloxacin in the treatment of chlamydia psitsiti pneumonia,to assist doctors to make individualized treatment advice,and provide patients with whole-course pharmaceutical care.Results According to literature review and pharmaceutical care,the patient continued to use moxifloxacin instead of doxycycline,the first-line drug in the treatment of chlamydia psittaci pneumonia,and the patient's condition improved,ensuring the efficacy of drug treatment.Conclusion Moxifloxacin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic,and this case provides new evidence for the treatment of chlamydia psittaci pneumonia. |
