| 摘 要： | 在落实立德树人根本任务的背景下,针对导师队伍建设在准入机制、培训体系、岗位职责和考评机制等四方面普遍存在的问题,天津某医学院校在导师队伍建设工作中进行探索,总结经验,探讨后续工作,希望能为其他院校提供经验,共同提升导师队伍整体水平,提高医学研究生培养质量.
