| 摘 要： | 透析患者存在维生素C缺乏,因为各种原因导致的摄入不足、透析丢失。心血管疾病是透析患者主要死亡原因,微炎症是主要危险因素。低血浆水平维生素C伴随炎症状态和心血管疾病发病率、死亡率增高,在维持性血液透析及腹膜透析患者中均存在。现就透析患者补充维生素C的作用做一简单综述。

| Abstract: | People on dialysis have vitamin C deficiency because of the insufficiency of intake and the dialysate. Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of death in these patients. Micro-inflammation is a primary risk factor. The low level of plasma vitamin C as well as inflammatory status has been recently reported to be closely related to the increased risk of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in either MHD or peritoneal dialysis（PD） patients. In this paper, the effects of vitamin C supplementation in patients on dialysis are reviewed. |
