住院医师规范化培训的思考与探索

医学教育的全过程——医学院(校)教育、毕业后教育及继续医学教育的体系已被广大医务人员普遍接受；规范化培训是使住院医师在短期内达到较高水平的一种高效、经济、规范的医学教育模式。指出,住院医师是医院重要的生力军，担负着大量的临床第一线工作；从组织措施上加以保证、深化住院医师临床专业技能培养、实行导师制和加强轮转学习以及从多种途径全面提高住院医师的业务能力。是当前医学教育的重要课题。

The reflection and exploration on the standardized training of resident physicians

It's widely accepted that the whole medical education is a complete system including college education, after-graduation education and continuous education. Standardized training is a model of high efficiency for achieving satisfactory training result in a short term. The residents are the main force undertaking large amount of clinical work in hospitals. Thus measures should be taken to guarantee and deepen the training for residents' clinical skills and abilities. Taking the tutor system and training in different departments in turn have been proved as fruitful practice. Now the training for residents has become an important task in current medical education.
