| 摘 要： | 目的比较手助腹腔镜与开腹结直肠切除术的临床效果,评价手助腹腔镜手术在结直肠肿瘤手术治疗中的应用价值。方法将收治的65例患者分为手助腹腔镜手术(30例)和开腹手术(35例),分析两组的临床效果。结果腔镜组有3例中转开腹,两组在术中出血量、肠道功能恢复时间及术后住院时间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在手术时间、术后并发症发生率、术后复发率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手助腹腔镜直肠癌根治术具有安全性高、手术时间短、创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快等优点。
