太子健Ⅱ煎剂对哮喘模型豚鼠IL-8及TNF—α的影响

目的观察太子健Ⅱ煎剂对哮喘模型豚鼠哮喘发作情况及支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）中自细胞介素-8（IL-8）及肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的影响，探讨其抗小儿哮喘复发的作用机制。方法将50只豚鼠随机分为正常对照组、哮喘模型组、地塞米松组、高、低剂量太子健II煎剂组，各10只。卵白蛋白致敏并成功诱发哮喘，分别灌服O．9％氯化钠注射液、地塞米松（DxM）、高、低剂量太子健Ⅱ煎剂，连续15d。观察其体质量的变化：测定其末次诱喘引喘潜伏期：检测BALF中IL-8及TNF-α含量。结果模型组豚鼠出现典型的哮喘发作症状，体质量增长缓慢，BALF中IL-8及TNF-α含量明显升高（P〈O．01）。与模型组比较，太子健Ⅱ高剂量组能减轻哮喘症状，体质量增长显著，延长引喘潜伏期（P〈0．05）；能降低BALF中IL-8及TNF-α的水平（均P〈0．05）。结论太子健Ⅱ煎剂可能通过对哮喘豚鼠整体免疫功能调整，降低气道炎性细胞囚子，从而一定程度上减轻气道的慢性变应性炎症。

Influence of Taizijian Ⅱ decoction on IL-8 and TNF-alpha in guinea pigs with allergic asthma

Objective To observe the effect of Taizijian Ⅱ decoction（TZJⅡ ） on interleukin-8 （IL-8） and tumor nec- rosis factor-α （TNF-α） in asthma guinea pigs and to explore the mechanism of TZJ Ⅱ on allergic asthma. Methods Fifty guinea pigs were randomly divided into five groups： control group, asthma model group, dexamethasone gro- up, high-dose TZJ Ⅱ group and low-dose of TZJ Ⅱ group. All the guinea pigs were sensitized by injecting ovalbumin and induced asthma successfully, and then treatments were given to them for 15 days. Then weight changes were ob- served, and the incubation period of inducing asthma at last time were determinated. The lever of IL-8, TNF-ctin bron- choalveolar lavage fluid （BALF） were measured by radioimmunity methods. Results TAmong the guinea pigs in model group, the symptoms of asthma were typical; the increasing of weight was lower; the amounts oflL-8 and TNF- α in BALF were also higher （P〈0.01）. Compared with model group, guinea pigs in high dose TZJ Ⅱ group, the symp- toms of asthma were relieved, and the weight was increased （P〈0.05）; moreover, the levers of IL-8 and TNF-alpha in BALF were lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusions TZJ Ⅱ can relieve the chronic allergic inflammation in air passage to some degree by regulating the network system of immunity function and inflammatory cytokine. The mechanisms of action of TZJ Ⅱ group are multiphase.
