加巴喷丁对输尿管软镜手术患者麻醉苏醒期导尿管不适的影响

目的评价加巴喷丁对输尿管软镜手术患者麻醉苏醒期导尿管不适的影响。方法将40例择期行输尿管软镜手术的肾结石患者随机分为实验组和对照组，各20例。实验组术前1h口服加巴喷丁600mg，对照组口服安慰剂。在手术后0、1、2及6h时间点评价患者导尿管相关不适的程度，并记录手术后不良反应情况。结果实验组手术后0、1、2及6h时间点导尿管不适≥2级者与对照组差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。手术后两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在输尿管软镜手术前口服600mg加巴喷丁可缓解患者在麻醉恢复期的导尿管不适，而且不产生明显的不良反应。

Gabapentin for prevention of catheter-related bladder discomfort during the recovery period of general anesthesia in flexible ureteroscope

To evaluate the efficacy ofgabapentin for prevention of catheter-related bladder discomfort （CRBD） during the recovery period of general anesthesia in flexible ureteroscope. Methods Forty ASA Ⅰ and Ⅱ patients undergoing flexible ureteroscope were randomly divided into test group and control group, assigned to receive 600 mg gabapentin or placebo, respectively, one hour before flexible ureteroscope under general anesthesia. The incidence and severity of CRBD were assessed on zero, one, two, and six-hour in the recovery period. The occurrence of side effects including nausea, vomiting, dizziness and respiratory depression were recorded.Results Patients in the test group had significantly lower CRBD scores than those of the control group. And the postoperative side effects were similar between the two groups. Conclusions Gabapentin （600 mg） administered orally one hour before flexible ureteroscope can reduced the incidence and severity of CRBD during the recovery period of generai anesthesia.
