鼻窦骨化纤维瘤的诊断和手术治疗

目的探讨鼻窦骨化纤维瘤的影像学和病理学特点以及手术方式。方法对5例鼻窦骨化纤维瘤患者临床及手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果5例术前CT和MR／均诊断为鼻窦骨化纤维瘤，与术后病理学诊断相符。5例手术方式根据病变特征而不同，随访8个月-7年无复发。结论鼻窦骨化纤维瘤影像学及病理学表现具有一定的特点，掌握其特点有助于同鼻窦骨纤维增殖症的鉴别。手术方式的选择取决于病变范围及部位。

Diagnosis and surgical treatment of ossifying fibroma of paranasal sinuses

Objective To explore the image and pathological features and the manner of surgical treatment of ossifying fibroma of paranasal sinuses. Methods The clinical data of ossifying fibroma of paranasal sinuses in 5 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The diagnosis based on image features was according to pathological diagnosis of ossifying fibroma of paranasal sinuses.There was no recurrence case up to now, although there were some differences in the surgical management. Conclusion There are some features in imaging and pathology of ossifying fibroma of paranasal sinuses,so commanding these features aids to differentiate the ossifying fibroma from fibrous dysplasia of bone of paranasal sinuses.The operative manner is decided by the location and extent of the lesion.
