亚甲蓝染料示踪法在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中的应用

目的 比较分析单用亚甲蓝染料示踪法在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检（SLNB）中的价值.方法 用腋窝淋巴结清扫术（ALND）或放射性同位素示踪法的结果对照分析弧甲蓝染料法在SLNB中的成功率、阴性预测值以及影响因素.结果 对早期乳腺癌患者,单用亚甲蓝染料法行SLNB中的成功率可达98.2%,临床淋巴结阴性患者中,阴性预测值可达100%.全组共免除ALND102例,其中单用亚甲蓝染料示踪法12例,中位随访时间28个月,未见腋窝复发病例.结论 亚甲蓝染料示踪法行SLNB 可安全用于临床分期为T1N0M0的早期乳腺癌患者.

Clinical use of methylene blue dye in sentinel lymph node biopsy for breast cancer

Objective To analyze the value and indications of trace method of methylene blue dye alone in breast cancer sentinel lymph node biopsy（SLNB） for breast cancer. Methods The axillary lymph node dissection or radioactive colloid in sentinel lymph node localization was compared with those of methylene blue dye in SLNB, and then the success rate, negative predictive value, and the influencing factors of methylene blue dye were analyzed. ResultsIn the early breast cancer, the success rate of methylene blue dye could amount to 98.2% and in patients with lymph node negative, negative predictive value could amount to 100%. 102 cases were avoided the axillary lymph node dissection, with 12 cases using methylene blue dye. No axillary recurrence was found during 28-month follow-up. Conclusions It is safe and effective to use methylene blue dye only in sentinel lymph node biopsy of T1N0M0 breast cancer.
