| 摘 要： | 本研究采用随机单盲法。自测问卷评估法对比了吲达帕胺和硝苯吡啶对轻中度高血压患者生活质量的影响．观察时间为２个月。结果表明两药均能有效地降低血压，吲达帕胺组的各项生活质量指标均获好转，而硝苯吡啶组自觉症状增多，自测感知功能损害，可认为是药物的副作用所致。

| Abstract: | Patient's quality of life(QOL) with mild or moderate hypertension were evaluated by self-administered questionnaires in a 2 month randomised single blind trial of indapamide compared with nifedipine.Significantly fall blood presure seen in both groups.In indapamide group,all targets of QOL were improved,but in nifedipine group conversely the increase in symptoms and self-assessed cognitive impairment were considered to be side - effects of the drug. |
