IL—6、IL—8与分娩发动的关系

目的　探讨白细胞介素 -6 (IL -6 )、白细胞介素 -8(IL -8)在分娩发动中的作用。　方法　随机选择孕 38～ 4 1周胎膜完整的单胎初产妇 1 5 0例 (临产前 90例 ,临产后 6 0例 )作IL -6、IL -8水平测定 ,进行对比分析。　结果　临产前血清IL -6处于低水平 ,临产后 ,血清IL -6水平升高 ,临床产前组与临床产后潜伏期 ( 30例 )和活跃期组 ( 30例 )差异显著 (F =1 5 87.6 7,P <0 .0 1 ) ;IL -8水平与宫颈Bishop评分呈直线正相关 (r =0 .883,t=1 7.6 4 8,P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,临产后组血清IL -8水平下降 ,临产前组与临产后潜伏期组、活跃期组间的差异显著 (F =2 0 7.6 8,P <0 .0 1 )。　结论　IL -6与子宫收缩相关 ,可能参与了分娩维持 ;IL -8与子宫颈成熟相关 ,可能参与了分娩发动。

Relationship of interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 with onset of labor

Objective To study role of interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-8(IL-8) on the onset of labor. Methods 150 primiparae with intact fetal membranes and single pregnancy at 38-41 weeks of gestations were selected randomly. These 150 bolood samples of primiparae were divided into groups to measure IL-6,IL-8 levels. Results The serum level of IL-6 before the onset of labor was lower.After the onset of labor, IL-6 was risen with the increase of uterine contraction,it significantly differed from each other (F=1587.67, P<0.01).With the pregnancy progressed,the serum levels of IL-8 rose.It showed positive linear correlation between IL-8 and Bishop score of the cervix (r=0.883,t=17.65,P<0.001). After the onset of labor, serum level of IL-8 decreased with labor progressing, it significanfly differed from each other (F=207.68,P<0.01). Conclusion IL-6 is related to uterine contraction and perhaps take part in the laboring process. IL-8 is related to cervical ripening,perhaps take part in the onset of labor.
