阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者抗幽门螺杆菌治疗价值的临床研究

目的 了解抗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）患者的价值.方法 对50例Hp阳性的OSAS患者进行抗Hp治疗,治疗前及治疗后1个月进行多导睡眠图（PSG）监测、尿素13C]呼气试验及血清白介素6（IL-6）检测,并进行Epworth嗜睡量表（ESS）评分,观察相关症状及指标改善的情况.结果 50例Hp阳性OSAS患者经过抗Hp治疗后白天嗜睡等情况明显改善,ESS评分下降,与治疗前比较差异有显著性（P＜0.01）;AHI明显下降,但尚未达基线水平;血清IL-6水平亦明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有显著性（P＜0.01）.结论 抗Hp治疗可明显改善OSAS患者相关症状及指标.

Clinical study of the value of Helicobacter pylori eradication in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and Helicobacter pylori infection

Objective To estimate the value of Hp eradication in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and Helicobacter pylori infection. Method Fifty patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and Helicobacter pylori infection were enrolled into the study. All the patients received the therapy for Hp eradication. Polysomnography （PSG） monitoring,urea 13C ] breath test, serum interleukin 6 （IL-6） examination and Epworth sleepiness scale （ ESS ） score was performed before treatment and 1 month after treatment, to observe the improvement of symptoms and indexes. Result After the therapy for Hp eradication, excessive daytime sleepiness improved obviously, ESS score decreased, compared with the level before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01） ; AHI decreased significantly, but has not reached the baseline level yet; serum IL-6 levels also decreased obviously, compared with the level before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapy for Hp eradication could obviously improve the symptoms and indexes of the patients with OSAS.
