| 摘 要： | 目的 比较经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）与经尿道前列腺选择性绿激光汽化术（PVP）的临床疗效.方法 将良性前列腺增生（BPH）患者552例,随机分为TURP组264例,PVP组288例,比较两种术式的手术时间、术中出血量、近期疗效及并发症等情况.结果 两组患者术后前列腺国际症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量评分（QOL）、最大尿流率（Qmax）、残余尿量（RV）较术前显著改善,但差异无显著性.结论 PVP与TURP治疗BPH效果相似.

| Abstract: | Objective To comparaty the clinical effects of the transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） and greenlight photoselective vaporization of prostate （PVP） for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia by a pro- spective random control study. Method BPH in 552 patients, divided into TURP group of 264 cases, PVP group of 288 cases, Comparison of surgical operation time, bleeding volume, short-term curative effect and complications. Result The IPSS, QOL, Q RV were greatly improved in both groups after operation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The PVP has similar therapeutic effect as TURP for the BPH patients. |
