| 摘 要： | 氢氧化钙Ca(OH)2作为一种根管消毒药物,近年来在牙髓病及根尖周疾病的治疗中得以广泛应用。Ca(OH)2在杀灭感染根管内微生物和减轻两次约诊之间的症状以及减低对根尖组织的毒性等方面表现出优良的效果。文章将对Ca(OH)2在根管消毒中的药理作用作一综述。
