| 摘 要： | 真核细胞组蛋白N端赖氨酸残基的乙酰化与基因的转录激活有关。多种具有组蛋白乙酰化酶（HAT）和组蛋白去乙酰化酶（HDAC）活性的调节因子，通过对组蛋白乙酰化过程的调节，在基因表达调控中发挥着重要作用。HAT和HDAC的异常与肿瘤发生有密切的关系。
