| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨双源CT(DSCT)在颈部血管成像中的应用价值和潜在缺陷. 方法:回顾性分析我院2007年2月至2008年1月经DSCT检查的477例疑有颈动脉粥样硬化患者的CT血管成像(CTA),对图像的质量和颈动脉粥样硬化的CTA进行评估.颈部CTA质量分为3级:优秀(血管显示清晰,无任何运动伪影,能很好地用于诊断)、良好(血管显示较好,有较少运动伪影,可用于诊断)、差(血管显示不清楚,有伪影,病变处显示不清楚,不能达到诊断要求). 结果:CTA优秀者420例(88.1%)、良好44例(9.2%)和差13例(2.7%);其中134例CTA正常,占28.1%,34例颈动脉解剖结构异常,占7.1%.295例患者为颈动脉粥样硬化斑块,占61.8%,颈动脉支架置入11例(2例为双侧),占2.3%,颈内动脉闭塞1例,颈总动脉闭塞1例,颈部占位3例. 结论:双源CT是一种创伤较小、快速、有效的检查技术,可对颈动脉器质性病变和颈动脉狭窄进行评估.
