| 摘 要： | 目的麦默通微创活检系统(mammotone biopsy system,MBS)为一种真空辅助粗针活检系统,比细针穿刺取材所获样本量更大。在乳腺疾病的诊断中应用日益广泛。文中评估MBS微创活检在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法67例乳腺肿块患者(62例乳腺癌、5例乳腺炎症疾病)术前行超声引导下MBS穿刺。1 207例乳腺癌患者术前行细针穿刺检查,对两种方法的诊断价值进行评价。结果67例患者MBS穿刺成功率为100%。乳腺癌患者MBS穿刺的阳性率为98.4%,细针穿刺的阳性率为88.4%(P<0.05),两种方法的假阳性率均为0。MBS穿刺皮下血肿的发生率为7.4%(5/67),皮下瘀斑发生率为25.4%(17/67)。细针穿刺的患者无发生皮下血肿和皮下瘀斑者。结论细针穿刺法简便、安全、创伤小,缺点为阳性率较低、漏诊率较高。麦默通穿刺法具有高敏感、高特异性、微创的优点,可作为乳腺肿块定性的首选方法。
