摘    要:目的:建立一种快速分离血浆的方法,旨在为常规检验工作中的血浆快速分离和为野战条件下进行快速血液质量控制提供基础。方法:制备用植物凝集素预包被的免疫磁珠;5名健康献血者的抗凝全血,分别用离心和磁珠分离法获得血浆,通过血型反定型、血型抗体、游离血红蛋白(Hb)和生化指标的检测结果判定磁珠分离法的可行性。结果:磁珠分离法可在不离心的情况下2min内分离血浆;与离心获得的血浆相比,其血型反定型、血型抗体、血浆游离Hb、生化指标结果均无明显差异。结论:磁珠分离法可不离心达到快速分离血浆的目的,其分离效果与离心法相当,对血浆质量无任何影响。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for rapid isolation of plasma in order to quicken plasma isolation in routine laboratory work and meet the needs of blood quality control under the field conditions.Methods:Whole blood was collected from 5 healthy volunteers for plasma isolation,which was conducted by centrifugation and immunomagnetic bead assay.Blood groups,free hemoglobin(FHb) and routine biochemical indexes were analyzed.Results:Plasma was isolated from the whole blood within 2 minutes.Blood types,the levels of FHb and biochemical indexes in the plasma of the centrifugation group and two immunomagnetic bead assay groups showed no obvious differences.Conclusion:Compared with centrifugation,the immunomagnetic bead method is rapid and effective and does not affect blood quality.
