| 摘 要： | 细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK)是人外周血单个核细胞在体外经多种细胞因子刺激后获得的异质细胞,兼具有T淋巴细胞的强大抗瘤活性和自然杀伤细胞(NK)非主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)限制杀瘤特点.与淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞、肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞和CD3AK细胞相比,CIK细胞具有独特的优势,其在过继性免疫治疗中的应用得到了广泛研究.文中综述了近年来CIK在与树突细胞、双特异性抗体、溶瘤病毒相互作用及在基因转染等方面的研究进展.
