| 摘 要： | 目的：了解各种情况下医护人员手部带菌情况以及需采取的相应对策。方法：对各种情况下医护人员手部卫生进行调查并进行菌量培养。结果：医护人员操作前及操作中手部细菌超标；工作繁忙时手部菌量成倍增加；肥皂洗手及快速手消毒剂的使用可使手部细菌减少65％～100％。结论：医护人员手部卫生意识薄弱；制定并落实相应措施，可改善手部卫生状况。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate and analyze hand carrier state of medical staffs. Methods: Investigating hand cleaning state of medical staffs in various moments and having bacteriological cultivation. Results: Less hand cleaning consciousness; high hand bacteria amount in performance; more hand bacteria in acute performance; hand washing and rapid hand disinfectants can reduce hand bacteria amount by 65%-100%. Conclusion: Taking word measures can change hand cleaning state of medical staffs. |
