摘    要:目的高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染是宫颈癌发生发展的主要致癌病因,现已发现HPV感染可诱发人类的许多恶性肿瘤。文中旨在探讨HPV 16/18型在肛管及结直肠恶性肿瘤(anal canal and colorectal malignant tumor,ACCRMT)中的感染情况,以及与HPV感染的关系。方法从南京中医药大学第三附属医院病理科的221份ACCRMT的组织标本中检测HPV16/18型的基因,分为直肠恶性肿瘤(rectal malignant tumor,RMT)组(129份)、乙状结肠腺癌(sigmoid colon adenocarcino-ma,SCAC)组(39份)、升横降结肠腺癌(ascending transversal descending colon adenocarcinoma,ATDCAC)组(33份),肛管恶性肿瘤(anal canal malignant tumor,ACMT)组(20份),采用原位杂交技术(in situ hybridization technique,ISHT)对其肿瘤组织进行HPV 16/18型的基因检测,并对其...
