| 摘 要： | 继续医学教育(continuing medical education,CME)是卫生事业全面协调可持续发展的重要部分,CME项目是以学习新理论、新技术为主的终身学习,文中对医院5年来开展的各级各类CME项目分类情况、执行情况、执行效果等进行总结比对,分析了当前CME项目中存在的不足,提出了加强认识,通过做好基础项目和加强科学管理等措施更好地做好CME项目管理工作。
