国内部分医院近6年床位使用情况分析及对策

目的 :了解国内部分大中城市及南京市多所医院 1 996 - 2 0 0 1年床位使用情况 ,分析不达标的因素并提出相应对策。　方法 :根据南京卫生年鉴 1 997- 2 0 0 2年版、南京市医学研究所和南京市相关医院提供的资料 ,进行综合对比、回顾分析国内部分大中城市及南京市多所医院出院者平均住院日、床位周转次数及床位使用率情况。结果和结论 :南京市多所医院床位使用情况和国内部分城市医院大体相同 ,床位周转次数和出院者平均住院日完成得比较好 ,但床位使用率多数医院不达标。 1 999年 ,南京市 4 2所区、县以上医院床位周转为 1 7.7次 /年 ,出院者平均住院 1 5 .9天 ,床位使用率 77.6 %。同年 ,全国县以上医院上述三项指标分别为 1 6 .3次 /年、1 2 .6天、5 9.8%。

Analysis of the bed using condition in recent 6 years in some cities in China

Objectives:To find out the bed using condition from 1996 to 2001 in hospitals in Nanjing and some big middle cities in China,analyse the unstandarding reasons and take appropriate measures. Methods:According to the hygiene almanac of Nanjing(1997-2002) and the data provided by Research Institute of Medicine of Nanjing and other related hospitals in Nanjing,we synthesively compare and review the average in hospital days,the bed turnover times and the bed using rate in most hospitals in Nanjing and some cities in China. Results and Conclusions:The bed using condition in most hospitals in Nanjing is almost the same to some cities in China,the bed turnover times and the average in hospital days reach the standard,but the bed using rate in most hospitals is unstandarding.In 1999,the bed turnover times were 17.7 times/year in 42 hospitals over districts and counties in Nanjing,the average in hospital days were 15.9 days,the bed using rate was 77.6%.In the same year,the above three indexes in hospitals over counties in China were 16.3 times/year,12.6 days and 59.8%.
