| 摘 要： | 目的：观察布地奈德（Budesonide）雾化吸入治疗急性喉炎的效果.方法：将101例急性喉炎患者随机分为两组,分别使用布地奈德雾化吸入、常规（4万单位庆大霉素：12.5mg泼尼松龙：20ml 0.9%NaCl溶液）超声雾化吸入,治疗后第7天进行动态喉镜复查及嗓音分析,了解声带恢复情况,比较两种治疗方法的效果.结果：布地奈德和常规超声雾化吸入的两组患者有效率分别为93.9%和78.8%.两组间疗效比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）.结论：布地奈德雾化吸入治疗急性喉炎的疗效优于常规超声雾化吸入.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Budesonide Respules for acute laryngitis. Methods:101 patients suffering from acute laryngitis were divided into two groups randomly,treated with Budesonide nebulization,traditional nebulization respectively.Functional recovery of vocal cords was(evaluated) by laryngostroboscopy and voice analysis on the 7 th day after treatment.Results: Significiant differences were found in the recovery of vocal cords functions between two groups. Conclusion: Budesonide nebulization is more effective than traditional nebulization for cases with acute laryngitis. |
