二甲双胍和罗格列酮对2型糖尿病超质量男性患者血清瘦素影响的比较

目的:通过观察胰岛素增敏剂对2型糖尿病超质量男性患者血清瘦素水平的影响,探讨瘦素在糖尿病的发病机制和治疗中的作用。方法:测定80例超质量2型糖尿病患者服用胰岛素增敏剂前、后的血清胰岛素和瘦素水平。结果:2型糖尿病超质量男性患者血清瘦素水平比正常体质量糖尿病患者明显升高,胰岛素增敏剂治疗3个月后,患者胰岛素及瘦素水平均明显降低。结论:作为胰岛素增敏剂的二甲双胍和罗格列酮都能降低瘦素水平,其中二甲双胍作用更明显。

Euglycemic agents reduce the plasma leptin level in overweight patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective: To observe the effect of euglycemic agents on the plasma leptin levels in overweight type 2 diabetic subjects,and to investigate the role of leptin in the pathogenesis and treatment of diabetes mellitus.Methods: The levels of plasma leptin and insulin were determined in 80 overweight type 2 diabetic subjects before and after the administration of Rosiglitazone or Metformin.Results: Compared with the normal weight subjects,leptin levels were obviously lifted in the overweight patients,and the levels of leptin and insulin were evidently decreased in the euglycemic groups.Conclusion: Metformin and Rosiglitazone could reduce the levels of leptin and insulin in overweight type 2 diabetic patients,the former with a better effect in decreasing the leptin level.
