| 摘 要： | 微转移可能作为恶性肿瘤转移的早期过程已受到肿瘤工作者的重视。其检测方法有ＨＥ染色法、免疫组化染色法、ＰＣＲ以及Ｒｔ－ＰＣＲ技术，流式细胞仪技术。对乳腺癌患者，微转移具有明确的意义，对其他肿瘤的临床分期，治疗的选择亦有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Micrometastase is attached importantly to many tumor investigaters as a early process of maligment neoplasmas metastasis possibally.The detection methods of micrometastasis include HE staining,immunohistochemical staining,PCR,Rt PCR technique.It has been reported as a prognostic marker inbreast cancer.It hat allso important significance in clinical phase and treatment of tumor in other system. |
