| 摘 要： | 针对以往在护理操作技术考核中忽略非临床科护士的现象，文中通过对15个非临床科室227名护士操作技术的考核进行总结，并对非临床科护理岗位训练与操作技术考核提出若干建议，为护理部制订符合岗位特点的培训方式提供依据，以全面提升护理质量。 |

| Abstract: | The tests for non-clinical nurses are always ignored in nursing tests.This study was undertaken to the nursing test on 277 nurses from 15 non-clinical departments.Advices on nursing training and tests will be summarized in this article.This study provides evidence for nurse in-charge to modify the training style,which is valuable for the improvement of nursing quality. |
