白细胞介素与2型糖尿病患者的代谢综合征多重危险因素的相关性研究

目的2型糖尿病（type2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM）和代谢综合征、动脉粥样硬化的发病机制中均有慢性炎症反应参与。白细胞介素（IL）-1、IL-6、IL-18都是多效性前炎症因子，有重要的病理生理功能。文中比较T2DM患者与年龄、性别匹配的健康人群血液IL-1、IL-6、IL-18的水平，及其与肥胖、收缩压（systolic blood pressure，SBP）、舒张压（（diastolic blood pressure，DBP）、血脂等代谢综合征的多重危险因素之间的相关性。方法检测50例T2DM患者和36名健康对照者的身高、体重、腰围、臀围、SBP、DBP、血脂、尿酸（uricacid，UA）、血糖（fasting blood glucose，FBG）、胰岛素（fasting insulin，F—INS）、糖化血红蛋白（glycosylated hemoglobin，HbA1c）、IL-1、IL-6和IL-18的水平。结果T2DM患者的血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-18水平显著高于健康对照者（71．0±78．9）pg／ml vs（23．5±26．9）pg／ml；（23．4±26．6）pg／ml vs（8．6±7．5）pg／ml；（364．9±322．5）pg／ml vs（129．3±105．2）pg／ml，P〈0．01]。IL-1、IL-6、IL-18之间显著相关（P〈0．01）。IL-1、IL-6、IL—18与体重、腰围、臀嗣呈正相关，与高密度脂蛋白（highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol，HDL）负相关（P〈0．05）。IL-18与腰臀比（waist hip ration，WHR）、SBP显著相关（P〈0．05）结论T2DM患者存在炎症反应，其程度与代谢综合征的多重危险因素显著相关。
