摘    要:二噁英类(dioxins)是一种非人为生产、无任何用途且持续存在的环境污染物,隶属于持续有机污染物的范围,其危害广泛,具有生殖毒性、致癌性、免疫毒性、皮肤毒性及对其他系统和器官具有毒性,此外,对生态环境也有严重的危害。文中就二嗯英对人体的危害尤其是对内分泌和免疫系统的影响作一综述。

Abstract:Dioxin,one of the persistent organic pollutants,persistently exists in the environment and does serious harm to the ecological environment as well as to the human body because of its reproductive toxicity,carcinogenicity,immune toxicity,skin toxicity and toxicity to other systems and organs.This paper reviewed the toxicities of dioxins to the human body,especially to the endocrine and immune systems.
