摘    要:目的三维超声造影(three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound,3D-CEUS)是一种新型成像技术,可用于评估肿瘤的血供、内部结构及其边界。探讨3D-CEUS在肾肿瘤中的应用价值。方法对35例肾肿瘤患者行三维彩色血管能量成像(three-dimensional color power angiography,3D-CPA),二维超声造影(two-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound,2D-CEUS)检查后再行3D-CEUS检查。重建三维图像后利用后处理软件观察病灶的血管特征,对比2种三维成像技术对肾肿瘤滋养血管的显示率。结果3D-CEUS成像时,皮质相早期采集获知病灶的滋养动脉及起始强化部位,皮质相肾皮质强化后采集显示瘤灶的强化程度及方式,延迟相采集清晰显示瘤灶境界、坏死灶范围。3D-CEUS/3D-CPA对同组肾肿瘤滋养血管的显示率为82.86%/51.43%。结论3D-CEUS可有效评估肾肿瘤的血供情况,为临床提供更丰富的信息。
