| 摘 要： | 肺气肿是一种慢性的呼吸系疾病，在20世纪80年代后期用肺减容术治疗这一疾病的方法重新兴起。本文仅就肺减容术的历史、手术指征、手术方法、术后处理、疗效评估，目前的现状和有争议的问题加以综述。

| Abstract: | From late period of 1980, the treatment of lung volume reduction surgery (LVRS) of emphysema, which is a chronic respiratory disease of intermedicine traditionally, was rerisen. The history, indications, operative technique, postoperative management, present state and some controversies about LVRS were reviewed in this article. |
