| 摘 要： | 诊断符合率和待诊率是衡量临床医疗质量及管理质量的重要统计指标。在“军字一号”系统中该项指标的采集源于“医务统计模块”，为科学、准确地定量描述医院医疗质量和管理的实际情况，作者就该模块中诊断符合率和待诊率计算存在的缺陷进行了探讨，并提出了相应的解决方法。
