霉酚酸酯治疗儿童难治性肾病的探讨

目的 :观察一种新型免疫抑制剂霉酚酸酯 ( MMF )治疗儿童难治性肾病的疗效与不良反应。　方法 :用MMF联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗 5例儿童难治性肾病 ,其中原发性肾病 3例 ,狼疮性肾炎 ( L N) 2例。　结果 :5例儿童难治性肾病均取得了较好的效果 ,且无明显的毒副反应 ,特别是对 2例环磷酰胺拮抗的狼疮性肾炎不仅临床症状完全消失 ,血沉、免疫球蛋白、循环免疫复合物、血清自身抗体及补体也恢复正常。　结论 :MMF可能是治疗儿童难治性肾病特别是狼疮性肾炎的一种有前途的药物

Treatment of refractory nephropathy in children with mycophenolate mofetil

Objectives: To oberserve the therapeutic effect and side reaction of mycophenolate mofetil, a new immunosuppressive agent, in treating children with refractory nephropathy. Methods: MMF was given to 3 cases with refractory nephrotic syndrome and 2 cases with lupus nephritis which was refractory to cyclophosphamide in combination with low dose of prednisone . Results: All 5 cases recovered satisfactorily especially for 2 cases with lupus nephritis that not only all clinical symptoms of SLE disappeared,but also the laboratory values with regard to activity of SLE such as ESR, immunoglobulin, CIC, serum autoantibody and complement recovered to the normal level, and no obvious side reactions presented following MMF treatment. Conclusions: MMF might be a promising therapy in treating children with refractory nephrotic syndrome.
