| 摘 要： | 硬膜外分娩镇痛是目前临床上应用广泛、技术成熟的分娩镇痛方法。作者对硬膜外分娩镇痛的机制、镇痛方式和药物的选择和使用以及对产妇和胎儿的影响等方面的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Epidural analgesia is the most effective form of pain relief available to labouring women. In this review, the author highlights the latest progress in the researches on the mechanism of epidural analgesia for labour, the choice of administration mode, the choice of local anaesthetics and opioids, and the impact of epidural analgesia on the parturient and fetus. |
