| 摘 要： | 目的评价鲑鱼降钙素喷鼻剂治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法采用前瞻性双盲法设计，以降钙素针剂为阳性对照，分别治疗两个疗程后。观察腰背痛积分、测定骨密度及检测血清钙磷及碱性磷酸酶值，并据此判定疗效。结果治疗前后实验组与对照组平均疼痛极点分别降低0．63与0．66，总有效率分别为74．3％和72．7％，两者比较无统计学差异，骨密度与血生化指标也无差异。结论鲑鱼降钙素喷鼻剂治疗原发性骨质疏松症能达到与依降钙素针剂一样的疗效，具有方便、无痛苦，患者依从性好的优点。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the curative effect of nasal spray of salmon calcitonin on primary osteoporosis. Methods Lumbodorsal pain score, bone density and levels of scram calcium and phosphorus, AKP were measured after two courss of treatment, calcitonin injectio was used as positive control. The prospective double blind design was adopted. Results The average pain scores of experi- ment group and control group decreased 0.63 and 0.66, and total effective rate were 74.3% and 72.7% respectively. There were no statistics differences in bone density and bioch.emical indicator between two groups. Conclusion Therapeutic effect of nasal spray of salmon calcitonin on primary osteoporos is similar to that of calcitonin injectio furthermore masal spray is more convenient, less distressing and borer compliant for patients. |
