比格犬埃立克体人工感染的病理学观察

摘    要:目的观察比格犬人工感染埃立克体后的病理学变化。方法用常规病理学方法,对6只人工感染埃立克体的比格犬进行病理解剖学和病理组织学观察。结果剖检见主要器官和皮下出血、淤血,脾、肝肿胀;病理组织学变化的主要特征是淋巴结的严重水肿,脾、肝、肺和肾的血管内及肝血管周围存在浆细胞和淋巴细胞灶性增生,皮肤表皮层变薄、皮肤皮脂腺腺泡上皮和毛囊变性坏死。结论比格犬人工感染埃立克体后剖检和病理组织学变化与文献基本吻合,但剖检病变更为明显,这可能与中国病原株的致病性不同有关。

Abstract:Objective To study pathological changes on Beagle dogs infected with Ehrlichia. Methods six beagle dogs that had been artificially infected with Ehrlichia were examined By using routine pathological methods.Results The obvious lesions were of subcutaneous hemorrhage and stagnation of blood in the major tissues and organs,and severe swollen enlargement in spleens and livers.The histopathological changes were characterized by accumulations of lymphocytes and plasma cells in blood vessels in livers,spleens,lungs and kidneys,and accumulations of lymphocytes and plasma cells in perivascular of livers.Conclusion The observation on pathological changes coincide mostly with reports abroad,but the macroscopic changes is more severe.This may contribute to the difference in pathogenicity of the strain in China.
