| 摘 要： | 目的研究不同性别、不同年龄核因子相关因子2（Nrf2）基因敲除小鼠（ICR-Nrf2）主要脏器重量和脏器系数。方法分别取1、3、6月龄Nrf2敲除及正常ICR小鼠雌雄各15只，用Sartorius电子天平分别测定体重和主要脏器重量，计算脏器系数，并进行多因素分析分析。结果基因型、年龄和性别因素分别对体重的影响和两两交互作用均有差异（P〈0．05）。基因型和年龄分别对几乎所有脏器的重量和系数都有影响（P〈0．01或0．05），而性别因素的影响则因脏器而不同。结论Nrf2可能在ICR小鼠的生长和发育过程中起着重要作用。
