摘    要:目的建立中枢缺氧反应的计算机仿真模型,评价它对心血管系统的作用。方法利用Matlab/Simulink仿真工具建立血流动力学模型,模型包括心脏、体循环和肺循环,并整合中枢缺氧反应。结果去除中枢缺氧反应的调节机制以后,心率增加的幅度减小,内脏动脉阻力变化的幅度却增大,提示中枢缺氧反应对心血管系统的稳态有着重要的调节作用。结论仿真结果有助于设计更好的动物实验。

Abstract:Objective A mathematical model for hypoxic response of the central nervous is presented.Method The model is built on Matlab/Simulink system. It combines the models of heart, systemic andpulmonary circulation systems together. The model is composed of carotid sinus baroreceptor afferentpath, sympathetic nerve together with hypoxic response of the central nervous system and reflex effector.Results The simulation experiments showed that hypoxic response of the central nervous system playsan important part in cardiovascular system. Conclusion The developed model was an effective meansto simulate the kinetics of hypoxia.
