| Abstract: | Recent years, in spite of all its limitations and high expenses, the nude mouse-human tumor model has become more frequently applied to the evaluation of new compounds and pre-clinical research. We reviewed briefly the pre-clinical criteria of NCI and EORTC investigation in this paper, and hope to consult for researchers in our country. |
